You are welcome to contact the Prime Minister's Office if you have any questions. This can happen via e-mail, letter, or telephone. If you want to write to The Prime Minister's Office, we encourage you to send an e-mail to our main mailbox stm@stm.dk. Your message will then be forwarded to the relevant area or to a relevant employee.

We have to say that The Prime Minister's Office receives a quite significant number of inquiries on a daily basis. Due to limited resources, unfortunately, the office cannot create an answer to all inquiries, but all inquiries are read, and the Prime Minister's Office will contact you if your inquiry necessitates it. The Prime Minister's Office would like to thank you for your understanding in this matter.

The Prime Minister's Office would like to draw your attention to the fact that it is not possible to deliver letters, parcels, etc. in person at The Prime Minister's Office. If you wish to deliver letters, parcels, etc. without an appointment, we refer to Screeningscenter Øst, Oliefabriksvej 51, 2770 Kastrup.

Opening hours: Monday-Friday 9 AM to 4 PM.

Please note, that the sending of ordinary e-mails to the main mailbox of The Prime Minister's Office stm@stm.dk does not happen with any kind of encryption. Therefore, The Prime Minister's Office recommends that all inquiries containing sensitive or confident personal information, are not sent as ordinary e-mail but instead using secure digital mail. The Prime Minister's Office can be contacted with secure digital mail from www.borger.dk or www.virk.dk. It is not possible to send mails as secure digital messages directly to the personal e-mail adresses of specific employees, which is why mails via secure digital messaging has to be sent to the offices' main mailbox at stm@stm.dk.

For security reasons, The Prime Minister’s Office is under 24-hour video surveillance. The recordings are stored for up to 30 days and may be passed on to the police for investigation in case of actual threats or suspicious conditions.
